Tanner Johnson
Tanner Johnson, founder, built his career on a lifelong appreciation for homes, design, and the stories behind the things we treasure. Raised in a family of builders, he developed an early, hands-on understanding of how to landscape, restore, and care for houses, learning what makes a home both functional and beautiful.
Early in his career, Tanner served alongside his Father at his residential and commercial landscaping company. He went on to be a contractor with AmeriCorps, where he helped rebuild homes for survivors of Hurricane Katrina and dedicated thousands of hours of community service to Louisiana.
Following that experience, he founded the nonprofit organization 360NOLA, dedicated to rebuilding and restoring homes for families affected by the storm. This work deepened his respect for craftsmanship, resilience, and the emotional significance a home holds in people’s lives.
He later entered the world of retail, working with Nordstrom, where he mastered customer service, merchandising, and relationship-driven sales. This experience refined his ability to understand clients’ needs, present products with intention, and deliver a high-level, personalized experience.
Tanner went on to launch a nationally recognized catering and private chef company, serving high-profile clients across the country. Known for extravagant, impeccably styled dinner parties and events, he became celebrated not only for his cuisine but also for the immersive environments he created. Estate sales became a favorite source for distinctive pieces to elevate his tablescapes and event design, and what began as sourcing for entertaining soon grew into a deep passion for collecting.
Through years of estate sale hunting, hosting, and curating, Tanner developed extensive knowledge and appreciation for vintage and antique pieces—from clothing and furniture to artwork, fine china, cut crystal, silver, gold, and the details that make a house feel like a home.
Today, Tanner brings together his background in construction, nonprofit leadership, retail, hospitality, and design to create estate sales that are thoughtfully curated, professionally managed, and beautifully presented. His innovative approach transforms estate sales into elevated shopping experiences while honoring the value, craftsmanship, and legacy of every home and collection. Clients trust Tanner not only to maximize value, but to handle each estate with care, respect, and integrity.
